Song 1: Solo or Group number initial $28 ($25 + $3 Fee)
Song 2: Group number (2 or more skaters) additional $48 ($45 + $3 Fee)
Song 3: Group number (4 or more skaters) additional $63 ($60 + $3 Fee)
Tickets are $7 at the door

Additional Information:

  • Each family is asked to bring 1 dozen holiday treats for the hospitality room
  • Tickets are $7 at the door – no admission cost for registered skaters – $2 discount with a donation of non-perishable food or hygiene item per person
  • Solos, duets/trios and large group numbers are available for all club members. Each skater must register separately.
  • Club members may sign up for a maximum of three numbers, one of which may be a solo.
  • Skaters are responsible for music selection, coaching, choreography, practice and costume. 
  • Music Requirements
    • The music must be a holiday or winter theme
    • Medley songs are not allowed unless all other skaters have chosen music and there are no conflicts
    • Only one version of each song will be allowed in the Gala. A song reservation list will be sent via email to club members. In the event of a conflict, the second skater to reserve their song, they will be asked to change songs. 
    • Final music must be submitted by a club coach to the club iPad/Dropbox or emailed to afscmusic@gmail.com by December 5.
    • All music is subject to approval by the AFSC Board. 
    • For group numbers the time is controlled by the highest-level skater.  
    • Maximum music time length is in accordance with Competition Showcase music lengths based upon USFSA testing level.
      • Basic Levels 1-6 – 1:00
      • Aspire Levels 1-4 & Pre-Preliminary & Adult Basic Levels – 1:20
      • Preliminary-Pre-Juvenile – 1:30
      • Adult Pre-Bronze-Gold – 1:40
      • Juvenile-Open Juvenile – 2:00
      • Intermediate-Novice – 2:10
      • Junior-Senior Elite – 2:40

LTS Practice Times:

  • Wednesday, Dec. 10 – 5:45-6:15 pm  
  • Friday, De. 12 - 5:00-5:30pm  
  • Saturday, Dec. 13 - 9:00-9:30am

► There is a 5% processing fee if you pay with your credit card.
